Eagles Nest Kitchen

The Eagles Nest Kitchen is one of my favorite projects where a kitchen transformation was possible without completely gutting the space. My clients purchased the home from the original owners, whose style was opposite their own. The entire home was dark and felt like a cave. The ceilings and walls had been painted a mocha brown color which made the space feel small and untidy.

The objective was to brighten the space, while also maintaining a sense of warmth and coziness. This was accomplished through changing the backsplash to a textured white subway tile and swapping the brown granite counters for stunning bright quartz with bold veining. They also added an instant hot water tap to the sink, upgraded the faucet and added matching quartz apron to the window sill to elevate the look. Lastly changing out the recessed light rings and upgrading from an electric stove to a gas range took this kitchen from blah to beautiful!
